Rental Information

Rates and Reservations

 

Weekends         (Friday, Saturday ’til  Noon on Sunday)

                          $100.00 per night, min. 2 nights

 

Weekly              (Sunday ’til Noon the following Sunday)

                                  $75.00  per night

                          ($525 or $600 which includes a one time

                          clean up and laundry fee during the

                          week of $75)

 

Monthly            $65.00 per night

                          ($1,820 for 28 days, $1,950 for 30 days,

                          $2,000 for 31 days— does not include a

                          cleaning fee)

 

Cleaning Fee    $75 per day

                          (includes washing dishes, vacuuming,

                          dusting, changing linens & tidying up)

 

Rates include a 7% sales tax.  A deposit of one half of the total rental rate is due within 7 days to hold your reservation and will be held in an account until your arrival.  A security deposit of $200 will also be due for monthly stays.

 

You must cancel two weeks prior to your arrival date in order to get a full refund, minus a $100.00 cancellation fee.

If you cancel within that two week period, only one half of the deposit will be refunded.

For weekend rentals, you must cancel 30 days in advance to get your full deposit refunded, after that there will be no refunds. 

We accept cashier’s checks, personal checks, money orders and credit cards through Pay Pal.

 

Check in is at 3:00pm.

Check out by Noon Please.
